This year was Katalina’s first Easter egg hunt. She did it with the other kids in our neighborhood at the park and she was a fast learner. The kids were turned loose and she wasn’t sure what to do at first. With her basket in hand I showed her how to collect eggs. After a few demo’s she was off and running. Her cousin Caden was part of the hunt and kept an eye out for Katalina. He even shared some of the eggs he collected. Oh and it was her first taste of M&M’s, the chocolate craze has begun!

The Park! Katalina loves the park across the street from our house. There are days where we make 2-3 or even four visits a day. She wasn’t walking last summer so she didn’t have a lot of interest in the playground…well them days are over. This is her going down the slide the right way “not head first” as she often tries.

This is Katalina out shopping. I took her back to the toy section and as you can see, she was memorized. She was sporting her new pink summer Puma’s Rebecca picked up for her earlier in the week.
